Black Liner In-ground Pool Customer Testimonial Merrimac MA

The Black liner experiment

At Precision Pool we are always trying to build the next best pool, we want to one up our previous efforts. There are always conversations in the office about the best pool of the year, and the ones we are most excited to build. This year one such pool surprised us. The black liner rectangle seemed simple in design but it was the details that really made this project a company favorite and one very happy customer in Merrimac Massachusetts.

Merrimac Home Owner and New Pool Owner Testimonial

Greg & Sean,

I wish to express my appreciation and gratitude for the stunning backyard you created. From the initial appointment when I selected the black liner, to the final day of grading, your service has been exceptional. In the beginning, as we discussed the black liner pool, the options and the process, there was always a vision of what my backyard would be once completed. It was never about just digging a hole and installing a pool.

What differentiates Precision Pool from other contractors is that you cared about keeping the integrity of the initial vision for the project. Because the black liner was new, I was more concerned about all the pieces coming together. As you know, I am a very detail oriented customer. The attention paid to all the elements was important. The gray diving board, the black equipment, everything needed to match the black liner to keep the look of the design that was initially created. That was achieved with creative solutions to the obstacles presented. Along the way as issues would arise, you consulted with me, asked my opinion and then moved forward with the construction. Even when we had a differing opinion on the retaining wall, your view and expertise with how it should be constructed prevailed and it looks amazing.

During the construction process, your crew was always helpful and friendly. They cleaned up at the end of the day leaving no trash and the tools were always organized. It is not often that a contractor will clean up at the end of every day. I appreciated the effort to make sure my home was not left a mess.

Dig to completion was a month, including a few drenching rain days. In the end, my backyard and pool looks extraordinary. The retaining wall, the river rocks and the fire pit all compliment the pool extremely well. I look forward to hosting the pool opening party in the spring when the grass is planted and the final touches are complete. Of course, you and your crew will be on the list for invitations!
Thanks again for a job well done.
All the best,

~Jill

We finished up Jill’s pool in late August and the black liner paired with the gray aggregate deck, gray diving board, and black cleaning system fittings give this the look of a 6 figure gunite pool at 1/2 the cost!
